When will my order ship?
Our products ship after 3-5 days after you placed the order.
. How do I place an order?
- Simply add items to your cart, proceed to checkout, and follow the payment instructions.
What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept major credit cards from any country including:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Dankort, Discover, Cirrus and more.

What is your shipping policy?
- We offer Shipping is free WORLDWIDE! We ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
Can I track my order?
-Yes, you will receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

Who ships my package?
Canadian orders are delivered via Canada Post. US orders are delivered by either e-packet or Korea Post. International orders may be delivered by Korea Post, e-packet, or a local mail courier depending on the service available.
My order won't go through, help!
Ensure that the billing address you entered matches that of your credit card.
What is the exchange/return policy?
We value our customer experience. If you have any problems with our products, we will gladly fully refund you.
Step 1: E-mail us with your order # and name.
-With a subject of (Refund Request)
-List your product and why you want to return it
Step 2: Our team will contact you (usually within 24 hours) with our address to ship your item back.
Step 3: Ship your item back to us. Once we receive it, we will inspect it.
Step 4: If all is good, we will fully refund your item plus an additional $5 (as a sorry :D) Once we issue the refund, you will get an e-mail showing all details and the money will be deposited back into your account :)
Can I cancel my order?
No/Yes, we will ship the item to your address. However, once you receive your item(s), you can ship it back to us and once we receive it, we will FULLY refund you.
Will I get an email with my order details?
Yes! We will send you an email as soon as your order is placed summarizing all the details.
Oops - I put the wrong shipping address!
If you need to update your address, select the contact us tab and send us a message and within 24 hours of placing your order and we can change it for you.
